About us
BIG T Timeless Treasure Ltd is a Nigerian travel, tourism and trade company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and operating from Block 30, Jos Street, Area 3, Garki, Abuja.
We work in partnership with iSwitch, sharing one office, one operations team and one standard of service. BIG T carries the travel, pilgrimage and trade side of the house; iSwitch carries the technology and the booking platform at iswitchapp.online. A client who walks into either is handled by the same people, on the same file.
Accreditation with NCAA, IATA, NANTA, NAHCON, NCPC and SCUML is not decoration on a flier. It is what allows us to issue tickets, run pilgrimage packages and move client funds properly — and it is what gives you somewhere to stand if anything goes wrong. Ask any agency you are considering for theirs.
Every file is assigned to a consultant who stays on it from enquiry to boarding gate. We review your documents before you pay. If a route is unlikely to succeed, we say so at the start rather than after your money is committed. Quotes are itemised, so you can see what is a government fee and what is our service charge.

These terms govern bookings and services provided by BIG T Timeless Treasure Ltd (“BIG T”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission, operating from Block 30, Jos Street, Area 3, Garki, Abuja.
BIG T acts as an agent and facilitator. Airlines, hotels, embassies, consulates, visa centres, carriers and other suppliers provide the actual services, and their own terms apply to your booking. We do not grant visas; embassies and immigration authorities do.
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of everything you submit, including passport details, supporting documents and the spelling of names. Tickets and visas issued against incorrect information may be non-refundable. Submitting forged or altered documents ends our engagement immediately and may be reported to the relevant authority.
Visa decisions rest entirely with the issuing authority. We do not guarantee approval, and processing times quoted are the authority's own working estimates, not commitments by BIG T. Government and embassy fees are not refundable on refusal.
You are responsible for holding a passport with sufficient validity, meeting vaccination requirements such as yellow fever where applicable, and complying with the entry rules of your destination and any transit country. We advise on these but cannot be held liable for denied boarding or refused entry.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is required for certain routes. Unless it is expressly itemised in your invoice, it is not included.
BIG T is not liable for loss or delay caused by acts of suppliers, embassies, immigration authorities, weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control. Our liability in any event is limited to the service charge you paid us.
Umrah and pilgrimage arrangements are additionally subject to the rules of NAHCON, NCPC and the authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which may change at short notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

BIG T Timeless Treasure Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. We handle it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
To quote for and deliver the service you asked for: submitting visa applications, issuing tickets, reserving accommodation, arranging pilgrimage packages and handling trade documentation. We also keep records to meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations, including those supervised by SCUML.
Only those who need it to deliver your booking: embassies, consulates and visa application centres; airlines and global distribution systems; hotels and ground handlers; pilgrimage authorities; our payment providers; and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires. Some of these are outside Nigeria, which is unavoidable when you are travelling abroad. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
For as long as needed to deliver your booking, and afterwards for the period Nigerian tax, aviation and anti-money-laundering rules require. Documents we no longer need are destroyed.
Access is limited to staff working on your file. Physical documents are held in our Abuja office and returned or destroyed once a file closes. We will never ask you for your bank password or a one-time code, and we will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or withdraw consent where our handling rests on consent. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the statutory period. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not store what you type into the enquiry form. The form assembles your message and hands it to WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own privacy terms then apply.
